Antonis Bechlivanis is a Mechanical Engineer with a postgraduate specialization in Energy Systems and experience in the permitting of technical projects and the management of renewable energy projects. As a Project Manager, he oversees the Group’s energy portfolio. His professional background also includes applied mechanical research and development (R&D), having worked in the isothermal packaging industry as Head of R&D, responsible for the design, development, and laboratory testing of isothermal packaging solutions certified by independent bodies and accredited laboratories. He is distinguished by his ability to organize teams, his technical reliability, and his focus on innovation. His vision centers on energy innovation aligned with sustainable development, social balance, and the principles of the circular economy.

Stathis Karagounis is an Agronomist with extensive experience in environmental management and adult education. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Policies and Techniques for Environmental Protection, as well as a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence (EPPAIK – ASPAITE). Throughout his professional career, he has been responsible for drafting and documenting numerous Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), primarily in the fields of Renewable Energy Sources (RES) and agri-environmental projects. His work reflects a combination of scientific expertise, technical precision, and in-depth knowledge of environmental legislation. In parallel, he is actively involved in adult education as a certified instructor at Public IEKs and other institutions. He has delivered lectures and training seminars at educational organizations, sharing his experience with emerging professionals in the environmental and geotechnical sectors. His professional vision focuses on promoting sustainable development through scientifically sound solutions, with an emphasis on education, environmental awareness, and regulatory compliance.

Christos Stergiopoulos is a Surveying Engineer with substantial experience in complex infrastructure projects, both in Greece and abroad. He has worked on major roadworks, airport construction, photovoltaic parks, and building projects, providing full surveying support on site, including topographic mapping, layout design, and management of technical phases. He specializes in the preparation of all types of topographic diagrams and has also been actively involved in projects related to the National Cadastre and forest maps.

George Kordalis is an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in the Renewable Energy sector, specializing in the design, construction, and management of energy projects. At the core of his professional activity lies the commitment to delivering technically sound and environmentally sustainable solutions. His main driving force is to actively contribute to the transition toward a cleaner energy future, aiming to ensure a better environment for future generations.
